Idk how Texas, USC, ND, and Bama aren't 1-4 in any order. Followed by maybe florida, for location. Then LSU or Ohio State

ND's a tough job. Prestigious sure, but it probably has the highest Expectations to Difficulty ratio on that list, when you factor in academic standards, location and schedule. Other than that, I agree.

Texas and Florida are easily 1 and 2. Flagship schools in 2 of top 3 states for talent. I could make a much better argument that Florida is #1 than #5.

Notre Dame has to recruit nationally which is tougher than people think. It's much easier to keep kids close to home.

I have no problem with his top 5 : Texas, Florida, Bama, tOSU and USC. I'd put UGA and LSU next and A&M is moving up the list fast.
