whats the advantage of the motherboard over the asus one i was going to get?
i like that power supply.

Gigabyte boards are some of the best. Asus are great too, but the UP4 is top notch.
The seasonic power supplies are the best, no ifs, ands or buts about it.
Not at all. I would recommend getting this cooler called the swiftech h220. Its not out yet, but it should be within the next few weeks. Its going to be a lot like a watercooling loop except just for the processor and a lot cheaper (around $140)
