Montgomery is a slacker and underachiever at LSU. Great talent but simply did not show up in some games. Missed several starts due to discipline and was so overrated.
Knowing Miles I doubt he badmouthed Sam but was not perhaps "ringing " in his endorsement. Chavis will tell you how it is as will Moffatt.
3 to 4th rounder...pros hate guys like this that are not leaders or coachable with poor worth ethics. They sign a big contract, loaf and do not get serious about their game until contract year.
Mingo hustled every play as did Minter. I would pass on Sam. Another Tyson Jackson type...

I think sam has much more talent. Jackson was such a massive "WTF????" top 3 pick, its unfair to even call him a bust.

bullshite. If LSU coaches are saying Sam was an underachiever than they'd be killing Mingo.
