Looks pretty good. Seems like it would make a better movie than a TV show, but I love Liev Schreiber though.

I keep seeing the previews for it before Californication... definitely will give it a shot.

I just made my annual "I am thinking about cancelling" phone call. I got the Premier package with all the movie channels and they took off $40 a month.

Damn....just watched the pilot. Jon Voight is one hell of an actor when he wants to be. Great premise, and I like the way they pumped the viewer into all the necessary back story and still found a way to kick this thing off in 5th gear all in the same episode.
It is somewhat reminiscent of a Tony Soprano: bad guy with a skewed moral compass is feared but still has to deal with maintaining an average American style family life. But still its far enough removed that its a fresh take

I just watched it last night on Showtime anytime. Thought it was awesome. John Voight is so good at being a dickbag. And yeah, it was the perfect pilot. Liev Schreiber is perfect for this role IMO.

You haven't missed it. It airs sunday night. But if you have Showtime anytime you can watch it now. It was also on the season 7 blu ray of dexter.

Nah it doesn't premiere till Sunday night on Showtime. But if you have anytime on your phone or iPad you can watch it now. I almost wish I'd waited cuz now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for the next episode, and I can already tell this is gonna rank up there with The Wire, BB and Sopranos for me. Very excited about it.
