My wife and I are celebrating our anniversary tomorrow night and I would like to cook her something special. I think red meat is a necessity. One idea I had is filet Oscar style (crab meat, asparagus and Bearnaise).
Any other ideas on what to cook? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you pretty much have the meal planned if that's the sort of meal which your wife will appreciate and enjoy. Add a starch if you want one like baked or roasted potatoes. Maybe a nice salad and her favorite dessert and you're done.
For a salad, maybe a light vinaigrette with slice strawberries, roasted or pralined pecans or walnuts and a little feta or goat cheese over mixed greens or romaine? I have a good vinaigrette in the recipe book, I believe.
Happy Anniversary!

I like to sear a tuna steak that's been quickly marinated in oil, salt, pepper, garlic, a little cumin and lime juice.
Serve with a side of guacamole and fresh pico. I will grill/roast some zucchini, squash and mushrooms on the side.
