I've only been once, but it was the loudest restaurant I've ever been in.

That's interesting and its nice to know they plan to address it.
I've never had a problem hearing in the NO venue. It's loud, but not so loud that I can't hear.

I feel the same about the NO venue, but what would concern me is if this is the first thing they plan on addressing. But maybe with savvy diners like TigerAuthority, they are addressing the important issues first.

Apparently the food service isn't high on the list.

Somebody send them a link to this stuff: Sonex Acoustic Foam. Or maybe customers should just wrap it around their ears

I have only a couple of times, and only when the indoor playground was completely full of 4 and 5 year olds.

One of the waitstaff mentioned to me that they will be installing eggcrate foam to the underside of the tables in the dining room. Besh, has done this in Bourne.

I was told that they designed it to be loud on purpose, oh well.

Went last Saturday and I agree the best thing was the wine. Sweetbreads had too many capers, the salad was not crisp and appeared more yellow than green, pompano was ok not great, dessert was bad.

Went tonight. Had a 9p reservation and when we were seated,, it was a bit loud in the dining room, but it soon started clearing out. The food was pretty good. We got shrimp remoulade and potato puffs to start. The shrimp were pretty good and the potatoes, while good, were a bit weird. Not sure what I was expecting, but a puff of potato is literally a long puff. The sauce that came with it did nothing to add to the flavor. I got the chicken and my SO got the duck. My chicken was pretty flavorful, and moist...at least for the dark meat. The breast was a bit dried out, but still tasted nice. What really didn't do the plate justice was the potatoes I was looking forward to...they were quite hard and I'm just not a half raw potato eater. I tried a bit of my SO's duck and it was a bit too sweet (made with steins syrup) for my liking. We skipped dessert. All-in-all, I've had worse meals that cost more money.

The waiter was pretty good, though we didn't ask hard questions. When my SO ordered another drink, it only took the usual amount of time it takes to get a drink from the bar. I did think our entree took a bit long to come out as we had already been seated for at least 45 min when it came out, but the time wasn't too bad.

The bar is pretty nice and I'd definitely go back on a warmer night to sit on that patio.
