This staff just got a lot better with the hiring of CC, but let's cease and desist with the nonsensical 800 pound gorilla stuff.

Chavis, Haley and Wilson - They get the most out of their position athletes. No complaints here.

Studrawa - Adequate, but LSU can do better at this position. I like him a lot better coaching OL though, than as OC.

Ensminger - Adequate. Maybe. Maybe not. Don't know if the TE talent is really weak or he just isn't that good at developing TE's (He was a QB in college) but LSU can do better here. Dickson looked great against Ole Miss, but he and the other TE's are invisible most of the season. Is that because they are not well coached, or just not a part of the game plan for whatever reasons or both? Let's see if that changes under CC. Want to see what the big JC kid (Stokes) can do this season, along with Dickson. Productive TE's that are used properly can really open up the passing game.

Raymond and Henry - Based on the performance of their position athletes in their first seasons at LSU, they would be considered "Weak" hires IMO. Adequate, but LSU can do better. Not as effective teaching wise with the X's and O's and in-game adjustments as the coaches they replaced. Possibly, another two in the Miles legacy of "Great recruiter-Weak coach" types that King Lester likes to bring in here. Let's see what happens in 2013 at WR and DB in 2013. Didn't like what I saw in 2012. Too many drops and too many blown coverages.
