Since we have everybody bringing up all the times LSU got screwed, how about we turn things the other way around when LSU lucked its arse off and got something they didn't deserve.

REVISED LIST AFTER RESPONSES

1. Final weekend of 2007 season: The day begins with Les Miles going to Michigan. The day ends with LSU winning the SEC, jumping 5 teams in the polls, and getting a spot in the NC.

2. 1986 NCAA Tournament: Arguably didn't belong in the tournament, but got to play first two games at home. Leads Dale to his second Final Four.

3. Ole Miss 1972: The Day That Time Stood Still

4. Bluegrass Miracle: Wouldn't even have happened if Kentucky doesn't call a stupid time out with 11 seconds on the clock

5. Auburn 2005: LSU wins after Auburn misses 5 field goals

5B. Tennessee 2010: LSU bailed out on the last play of the game because Tennessee had 13 players on the field.

What else?

The entire first Saturday of December 2007. We woke up and thought we wouldn't have a coach the next day instead the entire universe aligned and we went to the BCS National Championship.

The great Georgia kicker missed a couple of FG's in the famous 2003 game in Death Valley.

Since the 03 championship:

04 Oregon State (missed three extra points that would have ended the game in OSU's favor)
05 Auburn (lol Vaughn; I guess this is payback for 04 but w/e)
07 title berth (not the game, we rolled dat arse, but getting there was the stars aligning)
10 Tennessee (Counting 1, Dooley 0)
10 Florida (dat bounce)

Who on here was actually in the stadium that night? I was still in high school, but present, accounted for and in the house when Jones hit Davis. Me and two of my buddies were even lucky enough to be sitting right there in the lower level of the south endzone and had a birds eye view of the catch.

How about early 90's Vandy @ TS? Vandy about to go in for a one yard score to ice it, and the dude fumbles to Wayne Williams @ the goal line. A HORRIBLE Vandy team. Not your James Franklin 'Dores.
- 07 auburn. Flynn to Byrd. Still a stupid call.
-08 USCe. Garcia would've scored if not for that crushing, stone cold elbow thrown by....the ref.
-10 tenn. has to be #1. Dumb coaching/poor clock management trumped by even dumber coaching.
-10 fla- that ball wasn't supposed to hit the turf. Was supposed to go down like the colt David/USCe game.

Can I nominate Corey Webster's no call against Alabama. That marked the first time in the modern era that an LSU player received a superstar call.

The non-pass interference call in the endzone when LSU interecepted the ball against Bama a few years back. Bama was going in to essentially put the game away, but we were fortunate a flag wasn't thrown. That turned the game around.
