Quinn is bigger and faster than Welker.
He does run crisp routes like Welker and have great hands like Welker (maybe better).

If ran a legit 4.3 and change or 4.4 in the forty, then he should be in the top 50. The kid is setting all kinds of records.

After camps and all star games next year he might shoot up in the rankings even more than that. He's that good

Alot of these rankings have to do with a kid being projected beyond college. Not many guys who fit his description play in the NFL. I have seen him in person play several times and would agree that there are not too many receivers in the country in high school that have the hands and the ability as Quinn.
