I was thinking that, but then I noticed my villagers walking in between the wall and the rock...so I figured troops would be able to do the same.

yeah. the mines are more for protection then production. I steal 90% of the loot for upgrades. I'll spend 100K in elixer to produce a raid and get all the coin I can.Frick elixer get coin for now.
