So since there is a limit on the number of assistant coaches, which makes sense, is it better to have an OC that is also a quarterbacks coach with an offensive line coach or is it better to have a quarterbacks coach and instead of the TE's coach, have the WR's coach also work with the TE's maybe? How do most teams do this?

We do have depth on the OL. I'm saying that when Vadal was getting beat like he stole something Stud should have been down there to coach him up and make adjustments accordingly.
