I think the OP is way off and Quinn is a heavy favorite to LSU. But I'm not really sure why in your own echo chamber you guys try to convince each other of things based on falsehoods. Your numbers are way off.
A&M signed 6 WR this year. We have 6 returning scholarship WRs (Kennedy, Evans, Pope, Holmes, Walker and Williams). Our base formation uses 4 WRs and we run a high-tempo offense and regularly use 10 WRs every game. So we likely won't redshirt any of the incoming freshman because we lack numbers (especially when you consider a few of the returners are behind walkons). I would fully expect A&M to sign about 3-4 WRs in the 2014 class despite the fact we'll only have 1 senior WR as ideally we'd have about 15 scholarship WRs at all times.
Beyond that, the selling of depth chart is beneath LSU. Elite kids like Quinn don't care and you should know this. They have complete confidence in themselves to earn playing time wherever they go. If the best you can do is tell a kid you aren't good enough to play there, come here, well, you've become Tulane.

The selling point is a better program that can compete for NC's year in and year out
State School
And a better baseball program
Don't kid yourself
