At first, I was going to go in guns a blazing, but my finance guy told me to be extremely nice and play the innocent homeowner role. It actually worked.

It's nice to see appraisers actually being held to a set of standards. The guy who appraised our new build told me they are all being held to a lot stricter standards than they used to.
