I kind of changed up my process this year. I really went after kids who are going to big time schools. In past drafts, I have selected guys who might start from day 1. The down side is a lot of these guys, you will never hear of because the school doesn't get a lot of publiciity.
For example, my most productive RB wasn't Spencer Ware, who I picked first round in 2010. It was John White, a JUCO RB that I knew would be Utah's starter the two years he was at Utah. White had a 1000 yard junior year and 1500 yard senior year and scored 26 total career TD's.
This might be a bad example because Ware is a Tiger, but which of these guys do you recognize? Who would you rather have? I think what I'm trying to say is that I'll sacrifice some production for more name recognition.
