I'm down. However, weight alone should not be the determining factor.
Weight, strength, sleep patterns, alertness, etc. all need to be factored...
The more I read about it the more I want to slap the vegans.
They argue that meats have the other 9 essential amino acids we need that our bodies can't produce. So instead of eating 1 healthy lean meat, they suggest eating 4 to 5 different kinds of lentils, grains etc. that are proven to have negative effects on the body and will undoubtedly screw up your insulin thanks to the gluten.
I'll do this for the sake of giving up something for lent and science but this diet has some pretty retarded arguments for it.

Done. I use the Sleep Time app on my iPhone as my alarm, so I've got plenty of data on my sleep efficiency to start with. If you start using it now you'll have a week of data to compare before.
For the other stuff, let's try these benchmarks:
1. Weight in pounds
2. Strength - how much can you deadlift, how many consecutive pull-ups, (any other suggestions for this? How do you work out now?)
3. Waist size in inches
4. I would say BMI but that's such an inaccurate measure. How do you figure out your body fat %? That would be a good one.
