Ok, so I'm gonna give it a shot for lent so I can critique it.
Hey, lets compare in an un-scientific food board study.
I'll do strict paleo for lent. You do strict vegan. We can write down our stats on Ash Wednesday and again on Easter.
What do you say? (Other posters willing to participate on one side of the other can too.)

I'm down. However, weight alone should not be the determining factor.
Weight, strength, sleep patterns, alertness, etc. all need to be factored...
The more I read about it the more I want to slap the vegans.
They argue that meats have the other 9 essential amino acids we need that our bodies can't produce. So instead of eating 1 healthy lean meat, they suggest eating 4 to 5 different kinds of lentils, grains etc. that are proven to have negative effects on the body and will undoubtedly screw up your insulin thanks to the gluten.
I'll do this for the sake of giving up something for lent and science but this diet has some pretty retarded arguments for it.
