Actually, it's not all that hard to get sufficient protein from a plant-based diet. Humans don't need tons and tons of protein unless they're bodybuilders.. 50-60g/day is sufficient, and that's not that hard to do from a plant-based diet... especially if you take soy protein shakes ( ). I almost tried the Engine 2 Diet once, a completely vegan diet.. but I really just don't see the need to give up meats. I don't agree that they're bad for you.

Soy is awful for us. If you want to completely screw up your hormones, eat soy.
