I would just like to see him pound a couple RBs on some runs. Would be a good sight.

Does Kendall Beckwith in the wild cat count as valid in this thread???

That is an interesting idea. In reality, he probably could be good in run support as a MLB... up the middle anyway. I know he's quick and is possibly fast enough, but considering he's DL converted to fullback, I would wonder if he has the lateral speed to get to the edge or ability to get back into coverage. (*** Of course, we're all just playing around and this isn't a serious discussion... Tebow, I've seen you post enough to know you wouldn't take my opinion too seriously, but feel I have to throw this out for other sensitive souls who might otherwise have a conniption.)

The idea of Copeland back to defense, though, also made me think of who the next great fullback could be. Two of the best under Miles tenure were originally defensive players: Copeland and Quinn Johnson. Looking at the new signees, Lewis Neal stands out. At 6'1", he's not too tall and at 234 lbs, he has good size for FB. Don't know how fast or quick he is, but I vaguely remember some recruiting board threads saying he was good at getting in the backfield, which translates into quickness and/or speed.

Also, to the poster who said L. Collins from guard to LT, I've wondered if that might happen with Faulk moving on.

eta: Collins at LT and Fanaika at guard next to him would be a massive left side to run behind.
