Last time we had the 30/3 seasons, it was usually the week of thanksgiving and then a split till Xmas break. West which included coast had more in first split, east opposite pretty much. I agree this farm bill crap has to go. If CRP only works when it's feasible to farmer to set aside, what good is it other than a temporary fix.
