Farmers getting more preferential treatment from the government should shock no one. The ethanol mandates and policies are probably one of the biggest failures of our government in the last ten years. On the bright side we would have a lot less of the yahoo sky blasters around if times got tough and leases should get cheaper.

ETA: I wonder how this would effect goose seasons. Definitely not any shortage of those frickers
