Jon Ham is clearly not in tune with the relaxed freewheeling spirit of how things work on the OT, but even so, I find Festus's unmanly absence in this scuffle to be amusing.

That's wrong. I love the "freewheeling spirit," but what Festus did is out of bounds, even in the OT. If it's not, then the OT is not something I want to be associated with anymore.
