Although West St. John is one of Louisiana’s smallest football-playing high schools, with 210 students in Grades 8-12, the Rams draw as many as 2,500 fans for their biggest games, Valdez said. That means 300 to 500 pounds of fried chicken must be supplied to the concession stand, along with a huge vat of jambalaya.

Jacoby Jones and Ed Reed really repped the state well! Must of felt good for Jones to play that way in his return to the NOLA!

Not sure about the fried chicken and jambalaya, but y'all sure know how to make the lights go out at the right time. Did y'all relay that strategy to the 49'ers in the Super Bowl this year?
