Yet another black eye for an athletic program that was already on the brink of utterly pathetic. Hell, who knows though, maybe this is enough to finally get DeLoss/Mack/Etc kicked out on their asses. It won't be but let a guy dream.

If Applewhite ends up being terminated as OC after the BOR meets:
1. Would that action really be sufficient to either stop Bev Kearney from going forward with her lawsuit, or convince a judge to dismiss it, as her claims of disparate treatment may no longer have merit?
2. Would Applewhite have a wrongful termination case of his own, seeing that back in 2009 he was already punished for the incident and would have a rational belief that the matter was settled?

Saban to Texas. Would be epic of it happens around the first of August.
