Saw that. Its why most serious SimCitiers post on Simtropolis and not the official EA site.
The banning if you don't report a bug policy has been revised by EA. The criticism of the DRM is 10000% valid though.
I find it sad that my two favorite, and probably the two greatest game companies were swallowed up by two of the worst companies ever established.
