Agreed. My theory is they manipulate their attendance zone to redistrict an affluent part of their school district into an undesirable neighboring district (say, majority black Richwood, although I'm not sure that's possible), then leave them an easy "exception" that would allow them to come back to WM as out-of-zone kids. All of a sudden, you're school is 40 percent out-of-zone kids and, voila, you're select too!

Do it smart and you can get your numbers to reflect that you are a select school.
