Julio may not end up on any top 100 minor league charts this upcoming season. Braves tweaked his delivery and it resulted in a era twice as high as what set scouts abuzz.

Baseball GM's are all about potential. Teheran is still regarded as one of the top prospects in the game. If we include a couple of other solid prospects I think it would be sufficient.

I think the D-Backs just want to unload him and they know Texas won't give them what they want.
