Mad Dog Radio Super Bowl Trivia

Mad Dog Russo on SiriusXM radio is running Super Bowl trivia and this question, along with quite a few other questions I can't recall, stumped a lot of callers today.
What Super Bowl MVP was a QB who also won the Heisman trophy, but is not in the NFL Hall of Fame?
Anybody can Google, so don't impress us with googling skills, guess the old fashioned way, without internet help.

Two factoids about SB I:
It didn't sell out
It was aired on both CBS and NBC

And no known surviving copy of the telecast remains.

Yeah, I knew as I soon as I sent it that I was wrong. Then I googled. Cheater haha
ETA: Combined Frank Sinkwich and Fran Tarkenton into one person.

correctamundo!
There were quite a number of tough questions. Several audio clips and you had to identify the interviewee.
Two SB MVPs shared the same last name. What is it?
Who had the interception for Green Bay in the 3rd quarter of SB I?
Who gained the most yards for a losing team in a SB?
Who played each other in back to back SBs?
Which team has the longest drought between SB appearances?
Who was the starting QB for the Cincinnati Bengals in XXIII?
What RB has the longest first down run in the SB?
Don't ask me what the answers are to all of these I can't recall the answers. I'll try to remember a few more.

It wasn't the Packers. A caller guessed that and was not correct.
I don't know about Thurman Thomas.
Your others are correct.

Longest first down run? That can be interpreted many different ways.
I do remember that the longest play in SB history is James Harrison's INT return against the Cardinals.

I assume it was for a RB.

Oh, I looked it up. It was the Colts. That was a hard one to figure out.
