You're gonna get some sarcastic answers on here. Damn place is getting to be like the OT so try and sort through them.
I'd def ask to tour the property. Do you know how many acres it is?
Depending on the density of the vegitation and layout but 50-100 acres per hunter is the norm in high pressure areas
You drive time depends on you personal situation. Family at home you'll be leaving behind, camp situation, etc. If you can go stay a few days at a time each month then several hours should be bad
Ask questions and don't be afraid to stand out as a noob
