Sorry I didn't help you out with where it was. Can I make it up to you with a link to their plate lunch menu? Poche's Plate Lunch Menu
I do the same thing, G Vice. I go to Poche's and Dwyer's all the time and try to eat as healthfully as I can from their choices. Last Friday I got a crawfish stuffed chicken breast and some smothered okra from Dwyer's. I consider that a win, since I stayed away from the rice, potatoes, mac 'n cheese, bread and dessert.
