Ah shite this admins got a real hard on for me.

ADMIN: Your image is too large (max width is 150 pixels, max height is 150 pixels, and should be under 30,000 bytes.

Someone help me out here?

Your avi is over 100 kbytes and 475 x 519 pixels. That will be definitely getting removed. I'd remove it now before an admin takes away your avi privileges.

ETA: This one is 14 kbytes and 137 x 150 pixels.
