Napoleon Dynamite. Watched it with a not so serious attitude the second time around and enjoyed it a lot more.

The first time most people watch it, they're expecting a plot that follows along like a regular movie. After watching it and realizing that the plot doesn't matter, you learn to enjoy the goofiness of the characters.
