Just did on USAA site and it said cost to rebuild would be 206k, seems kind of low to me?
Also, premium shows $128 a month and that seemed high.

I would call. The website has been higher in my experience. U should be around $100 a month though for a $200k rebuild. I also have had experience with two rebuild on burn downs. Neither were with USAA, but I will gauranty they would have done better than the two agencies I dealt with through my work. Their rebuild cost is based on a sqft amount they have for ur region to rebuild new. It should be higher than u need as the other poster and I are bitching about, so that shouldn't be a concern.
