Might as well just download the flacs.
My dad has one and he definitely has some albums that are hard to get. In fact, he had a copy of an old Gregg Wright album that Gregg didn't have any copy of, no masters or anything. My dad put it on his computer and emailed it over to Gregg. My dad has a sick collection, though.
Thankfully, I have taught my dad the joys of 21st century recording. He now sends me emails whenever a new DTS album is announced.

He likes to listen to them anyways, and i figure it would be a way to let him do that and save them as well.
he also has some obscure or rare stuff.
I would just hate to have a great box and a crappy record player.

I found some Jerry Jeff albums on ip torr that you cant seem t o find anhywhere
You can hear the pops and hisses a bit as well
