On a video interview, he said he has a 2.4 GPA. I'm not sure exactly what he needs to qualify for USM, though. He should be good.
The Golden Eagles are getting a good one. I was fortunate enough to watch him play twice this year (the semi-final game against Mandeville and in the Dome), and he is a winner.

No, he's probably confused with the other Rummel kid. I think Cethan Carter had some grade issues.
