What kind of company doesn't have inter-office land lines? Do you not market your company and its "business" number. In addition, my company pays for all cell phones for employees that work outside of the office. We do have to submit cell bill with other expense reports.

"Business" number answered be receptionist then transferred to cell phone.
This isn't complicated. I don't know why I have two phones at my desk. I give everyone my cell number to return calls.
