GM Mickey Loomis has done a masterful job of reducing the Saints' salary cap deficit ($5+ million remains). With a 3-4 base defense, DE and OLB becomes a primary focus, but New Orleans can't afford to "miss" in 2013 draft. While defense is most likely, anything is possible.
