i mean you were at a restaurant, you couldnt have had that many huh?


a lot of managers encourage taking care of customers on occasion. I dont think what the bartender did is totally taboo, unless you sat at the bar and just got tore down.

a few drinks within the time of the dinner? meh

Btw your friend could have very well even paid for your drinks, or some of them.

He charged us for our first round, then comped us two glasses of wine and one scotch.
