Since 1980 the Big Ten has 3 National Championships and 22 Final Four appearances by 8 different schools. Some of these have been vacated, but those teams still made it there. What other conference can say they've had 8 different schools make the Final Four in that same time period?

Just looking at "unofficial history" it looks as though the Big Ten has been represented in 46% of all Final Fours since its inception in 1939.

Michigan won the title in 89. It hasn't been vacated.
