the issue with the public select schools in a new association is their school board may not allow it. Having a magnet school in the new association and an under performing inner city school in the old association creates a nightmare political scenario for a school board.
I see a vote on friday of the all classes all sports split failing
I see a vote on friday of the all classes, football only split playoffs passing
this sends a message to the privates that they are systematically being marginalized. That is an untenable situation and will create a groundswell of sentiment to create a separate path. Where that path goes, who is on the path and when it happens has yet to be determined but I dont think it will be good for the have-nots in the association
