The more I talk to coaches and read articles, the more I think two things: 1) this wont pass because a lot of public schools will realize how bad this will hurt them and 2) this could blow back up in the public schools faces by further appeasing private schools to keep them in the LHSAA.

You really are in the know on this. What I hate the most is that it won't determine a true state champion. The public/private issue seems like it is taking us back to segregation all over again
