i looked up the past commissioners... Hammond, Alexandria, Baton Rouge, Ruston,

treat all schools and regions the same....
the very schools that were the ringleaders for play in class which screwed 2a and 1a for years... are the ring leaders now..
they are only worried about their own parochial interests.
