Interesting...especially the question about offensive staff changes. I would surmise that the fact he did not directly rule out staff changes is indicative that there may be staff changes.
We have seen the exact same responses in the past right before staff changes took place.
I wonder if he is waiting for the recruiting season to end to make changes?

This is what i'm hoping for. I know this is not the pros, but when the team sucks on either side of the ball for more than a year(even as short as one year), somebody is getting fired. You can't be Mr. Nice Guy in a management position, and when it's time to make changes, make them.
