When sarcasm becomes reality (Vasquez with a shot for a doublé doublé average)

Last October, LSUIGARD13 posted a thread entitled: What player is most likely player to average a double-double for the season? In that thread I posted that the only player with a REMOTE chance of getting a double double was Vasquez (although I though it was very unlikely). These are the last 2 posts in the thread after I suggested Vasquez:

So your thinking double digit assists? I'm not trying to be a naysayer, cause I'm hoping that Vasquez has an awesome year. But only 2 guys, in the whole league, averaged over 10 assists last season. That's even rounding up over 9.5. On the other hand, 15 guys averaged 10 rpg (including rounding up). It's just much more likely for a frountcourt guy to do it, especially a good one.

I like Vasquez as the point but he would be most improved player of the year if he could average 10 assist. Usually only 2. Or 3 players average those assist a year.
Although we are not even half way it looks like it would be hard bat possible for GV to get there if keeps going the way he is (and by the way he has been mentioned already for MIP)
Season stats 9.1 APG 14.1 PPG
Last 14 games: 10.4 APG, 17.3 PPG
Do you think he will finish the season with double double averages?

It's going to be hard for him to up his average 1 whole assist.
