The whole coach is dating his mom saga
My favorite Bill moment is when he's studying with that girl that Sam liked. She stands up and farts, and blames it on the vinyl chair. When she leaves the room, Bill keeps sitting on the chair to see if it would make the farting noise.
ETA: the Halloween episode where he dresses up as Bionic Woman.

If you didnt clap/cheer/cry in happiness after the cheerleader started making out with him, then you have no soul.
