I agree with all that. I want him to make some staff changes as well. I just dont think the solution to the problem is too throw out Miles like a lot of people on here want. He can get us going in the right direction and I believe he'll get it done. I just wish it would be sooner rather than later

People forget that he tried to address it pretty recently. Not his fault the man found out he had Parkinsons shortly after he took the job.
