Alabama lost 5 games in the last 3 season and were favored in all of them...failure I guess.
LSU lost 6 games in that time, while being favored in 2. We must be more successful right?

Each of those five games was a failure to achieve the result that was expected. But in each of the last two years Bama was able to recover and achieve the highest level of success in college football.

Bama won two NC's during that time span so I'm going to say no.
