i cannot disagree more. its been 5 years, he hasn't developed a single NFL-caliber lineman or done a thing in recruiting. the sooner hes gone, the sooner LSU gets better.

Getting guys to the NFL isn't the only thing, though.

When's the last time LSU had a legitimately bad line?

Like 2004?

I look at this year, we lose 3 starters on the OL and were still good despite playing inexperienced guys and a guy that should never play LT. There were rough games in there, but by and large they played well.

And if not for an injury Faulk would have been a high pick. Collins will be too.

He's not a great recruiter but he did get Spencer Ware and a couple of others.

He's a good line coach. Lots of guys with as much as us do less. Being an OC just may be too big for him.
