Losses to bama, uga, a&m and florida or ole miss gets us to 4 imo

I'm thinking 4 because nothing will change on offense and the "we were 10-2" crowd will realize we win in spite of offense.

Too early to say, but I know everyone is still in "OMG we lost to Clemson mode".
Losing 3 or more in the SEC is always a possibility but you never know with LSU.
