Do y'all think it would be hard for a person who has never built a pc to build one? I'm no computer expert, but I'm not a complete dumbass either. I guess I'm average to slightly above average in computer knowledge for a 28 year old.

It's easy once you figure out what components you want to use. Especially if you watch that guide Newegg has on Youtube.

no I did it a few months ago with the help of the good folks on here. Have done one other build since then and it went super smoothly. Its like learning to ride a bike in that you're a little scared to try, but once you know how you just want to ride it everywhere.

No. It is like putting legos together. After your first build, you will kick yourself for not building all you have ever owned.

There will be "WTF" moments, where does THAT go moments. But like everyone has said, it is like crack. I have to build another one!

Numerous build videos online.

Use pcpartpicker.com to put together your build. It will tell you if parts are compatible. Or a very knowledgeable friend.

You might get frustrated during the first build, but when it finally POSTs up for the first time...

Then your next thought is "Why did I pay $100 for Windows, I'm going to learn Linux, spend that money on a better CPU, or GPU...
