No, but I wish Peyton would....In no way did he deserve to be the highest paid coach in NFL with what has gone on the last 2 years.

It happens to alot of franchises, and it looks to be going on here. All the major players get big deals and it eats up the money used to get others of quality and therefore the team is weakened.

That why New England is so damn good, they are masters of using money/trades/drafts to keep team going. Even them though struggled early on D, but seem to have gotten better thru the year.

Not sure why Peyton should give us any money. He plays for the Broncos...

The New England Patriots have one Standard, and ONLY one Standard.

They accept no substitutes.

Excellence.

Why do you care what we pay the coach. It's meaningless.

My high school/college understanding of what Aikman did seems a decent course of action for all involved.

Didn't Aikman renegotiate? Meaning put money back on table to be payed later? Got to add more players and then he was still paid by Dallas after retirement?

Is this correct? Is that actually what happened? It is how I remember but again I was 17-21. Is that feasible? Is it possible under current NFLPA deals. Or did it EVER happen.

I would have no problem throwing a couple million back in the pot knowing I will be getting it AFTER my career was over. Nice little 2 year pension plan.
